If you have an issue that you think may be covered by warranty, please contact us or the manufacturer first. (Turnaround times can be faster if you ship directly to a manufacturer, but not all manufacturers allow this.) Download the warranty form for returns to us. There is no guarantee that an item is covered by warranty and it must be reviewed by the manufacturer to make a determination. In most cases, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer, so please allow 6 to 10 weeks for a resolution, especially if a repair is involved.
Returned items must be CLEAN. This includes clothing, boots, skis, etc.
Shipping charges for returns are at customer's expense. We recommend that you send your package via UPS, FedEx, certified mail or any trackable shipping method and that you insure your package for the replacement value you would want to receive if the package is lost or damaged in transit.. TelemarkSki.com cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping company.
For returns directly to us, please fill in the WARRANTY FORM and place it in the box with your item.
