Returns

We gladly accept returns on non-sale and non-demo items in the original packaging and new condition within 30 days of receipt of your order for refund or exchange. We do not accept the return of sale items except boots, which must be in the original packaging and in new condition within 14 days (from the day you receive it to the day you turn it over to a shipper), for refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on demo or consignment skis, but we will put your equipment in our consignment shop for you and give you a favorable commission when they sell.

Boots: Non-sale and non-demo boots can be returned within 30 days for refund, provided that they have not been used or heat-molded and are in new condition. Sale and demo boots must be returned within 14 days in order to receive refund and must not have been heat-molded. A demo fee of $5 per day will be deducted from refunds or credits on demo boots for every day they are out of our possession. (Normal demo fee is $30 per day.) Consignment boots are never returnable because the seller will have been credited.

Skis: New, non-sale and non-demo skis that have not been drilled or mounted can be returned for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. If you're unsatisfied with a ski package recommended specifically for you by our staff, see our Ski Guarantee information.

Demo and Consignment Skis: We are excited to be able to offer great prices on skis that have been "gently used" as demo or consignment skis. All sales on demo and consignment skis are final. If you have questions about the condition of a particular ski, please contact us. We are happy to give you the info you need or send you pictures to help make your purchase decision.

Any items received that do not follow these instructions may not receive a full refund or may be returned to the customer.

We recommend that you send your package via UPS, FedEx, certified mail or any trackable shipping method. We also recommend that you insure your package for the amount shown on your invoice. TelemarkSki.com cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping company.

Please use the return form that came with your order, or print it, and include it with your return to ensure a timely turnaround. If you are sending back a product for warranty please print out our warranty form and include it with your product.

Returns will not be accepted:
• if shipped later than thirty days after receipt
• for items that appear used
• on special order items that we do not normally stock
• on skis that have been drilled or mounted (including demo skis)
• on consignment items
• on sale or demo items excluding boots

Shipping charges are never refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
