| Summary: These sapphire
slippers will have you skipping over hill and dale. Light
and lively, the T2X lady can also lead you deep into the
woods. The T2X lady is a good choice for small framed women,
small footed women, ladies who are just getting into telemarking,
or women who spend a lot of time in the backcountry and want
to be comfortable on long tours. There is something about
these boots that conjures images of ladies skiing to mountain
chalets and little forest creatures. For any ski trip to
Wonderland, pack along the T2X's, click your heels 3 times,
and say, "there's
no place like Snow, there's no place like Snow ". |
The perfect blend of touring-friendly features and downhill control: if you want one boot for everything, the T2X is it. Its minimal weight and highly-releasable cuff make for easy skinning. When you're ready to descend, lock the wrap-around cuff and stick your line. Equally at home on a hut trip or riding lifts, take the T2X anywhere you want to ski. Comes with Plus Fit Thermo Liners, 3 buckles, and Power Strap.
The T2X can drive a fat ski in crud on-piste or break trail
all day to a distant ski descent. Asymmetric bellows, overlap
closure and a taller cuff add robust power. The T2X has the
power for modern ambitions without the weight penalty, making
it a great touring boot.
The Women's T2X has been revamped with the same features as
the new T2X but with a women's last and sizing.
The new T2X has a similar touring flex as the original T2 but
the new asymmetric dual-density cuff gives the boot more power
and drive in crud and breakable crust.
The Dual-Density thermo-moldable liner has a higher cuff that,
along with a more robust power strap, increases power transmission
to the ski.
A new low-profile walk/ski lever offers a more positive adjustment
between two positions.
New Easy Lock micro-adjust buckles provide a precision fit.
the T2X also has a reconfigured lower boot buckle mount that
includes a replaceable scuff guard. The new buckle location
neutralizes pressure across the instep while the scuff guard
prolongs the life of the boot.

Backcountry: "Good all-around
performance. The T2X has a lower cuff than some and still
provides good control and performance with semi-stiff bellows.
This boot was surprisingly responsive even with its low-profile
shell. The T2X did not fit my foot well, as the heel seems
to be quite narrow and good for those with a narrow foot.
Perfect for the entry-level tele-lady who wants a boot that
will last a few seasons without becoming obsolete." Skiing
magazine (Nov06):
"Unchanged from last year, the three-buckle women's T2X still boasts an impressive weight-to-stiffness ratio. Credit the snug-fitting overlap cuff, integrated rear spoiler, and women-specific forefoot."
