Perfectly balancing North America's obsession with the downhill performance of their alpine boots, the Ski Touring Aero will deliver while still giving all day comfort. When the boot must be light enough for big tours but burly enough for serious descents, this is it.
The Ski Touring Aero has all the features of the Freeride Aero but in a lighter more flexible backcountry package. The wrap cuff, adjustable height spoiler, and solid buckles in prime positions allow this 3 buckle boot to outperform other brands 4 buckle models.
Women's Aero L comes with women's fit-specific thermoflex liners. |
Skiing magazine:
"The Aero differs from most women's boots in that the only feminine mystique here is the color. But because this unisex boot's liners are thermo-moldable and the rear spoiler is height-adjustable, our female testers were able to tweak the fit to their liking."
Couloir: "Across the Dynafit line this year, the least visible, and yet most important, improvement comes in the sockets that accept the binding pins of the Dynafit binding system. ... The seemingly minor modifications - unique to Dynafit's line of boots - greatly improve the user-friendlieness of the binding and make the systems about as "step-in" as possible."..."A note to high-volume feet: my experience with the Aero left my insteps feeling that Dynafit has reduced the height of their historically voluminous lower shell."
