Tele:"Touring skis are light - that's a given. But when it comes to downhill performance, nothing has the zip, stability, and crud-bust-ability of Atomic's latest. Only the biggest, heaviest testers wanted more ski. Gripes: Initiates turns a bit too eagerly; quaked at high speeds. Props:Nimble in bumps but solid enough for chunder."

Backcountry magazine: "This is the narrower (80mm underfoot) version of Atomic's new light tele and randonnee line, whose defining feature is its Torsion Flex control perforated elastomer sectors, which smooth out turns as they compress and release. Both Eastern and Western skiers found it ranged best in medium-radius turns, and had solid edge hold. 'Great Eastern ski...gets pushed around in crud.' 'Responsive, sharp, precise edging,' ...Several testers deemed it an easy-riding, entry-level or intermediate ski. As Western testers noted, the bulbous tip protectors demand an oversize skin loop."
