To make a warranty
claim, please fill out this form and include it with a copy of
your original receipt or invoice along with the product. Please
make sure that the product has been cleaned in accordance with
the manufacturer label and that you are as descriptive as possible
with the issue that you are having with the product.
The more detailed you are, the quicker and more accurately we can
resolve the issue. Please allow 6-10 weeks
