CONSIGNMENT & USED GEAR RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns of any items purchased in our Used Gear or Demo Gear sections as long as they are undamaged. (We have photos of their condition before shipping.) Returns must be made within 15 days of the day you signed for the package.
To avoid this program being abused as a free demo program, we will charge you a demo fee on any returned Used or Demo Gear as follows: Charges are per-day, with the first day being the day you sign for the item and the last day being the day you give it to a shipper. Minimum charge is always two days. Skis and boots are $10 per day; all other items are $5 per day. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping charges are at your expense.
